Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Disassemble the chair using our provided video guides and pack it securely in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for shipment back to our Michigan facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund (minus any applicable return shipping fees) to your original payment method within 5 business days.
